QPL series crawler abrators are suitable for surface cleaning of various parts, such as surface shot-blasting of metallic castings, surface dust-removal of ferrous metal parts, removing all surface burrs and sharp of stampings, surface treatment of forgings and heat-treatment parts as well as surface oxidation skin removal and grain refining of spring.
Applications
Be applicable for quantity treatment of small parts, such as dedusting, removing oxidation skin and water streak of founding, heat-treatment, motor enclosure, machine tool accessories, bicycle parts, auto parts, auto-cycle parts, non-ferrous metal die-casting and castings (aluminum & zinc castings and forgings)
Applicable sand: steel grits, steel sand and stainless grits.
